Welcome to King David Condo
King David was known as a righteous king, a strong warrior, a musician and a poet. J. Milton and Associated borrowed these philosophies and ideologies and incorporated them into the designs of this spectacular and luxurious condominium complex. Unlike some of the larger communities in Sunny Isles, King David is a boutique condominium where the staff continually strive to meet the needs of each and every resident. Constructed in 2005, located just one block west of Collins Avenue and just steps away from the ocean, King David condo has a first-class hospitality service that rivals even finest resort destinations. Offering beautiful panoramic oceanic, intra-coastal waterway and city views from its graceful terraces, this impeccably managed property gives you the royal service you deserve in an intimate, quiet, boutique atmosphere.
